“A bit noisy from highway and I could hear the people upstairs walking around until 1am. Maybe a rug up there would help. People were enjoying the pool Reception was very nice and there was two cans of water and a pack of cookies in the the very clean room.”

“Access to beach is straight up and down. I rolled my ankle. Felt like you were going to fall through the patio walking to the room. Very rude man that runs the place. Said it will all be booked up and only 2 other people showed up. I’m positive they were not thrilled either. Said no smoking on premises so we didn’t but he charged us. Completely unprofessional and he absolutely doesn’t like women. ”

“I guess I have been going to hotels that are not "vintage" properties. Cute little motel that is close to the ocean and on the main "drag" of Laguna Beach. Very quiet and free coffee, tea and chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. If you are traveling to Laguna on a budget, this is an option. Ocean view only because the house behind the hotel had been torn down and was under construction. Comfortable bed, and free (I think) parking in front. Desk person is a bit lackluster and could use some……
