「Clean and quiet」

「Nice place.」

「The ice maker on our floor did not work at all during our stay. There was a problem with our reservation. So on the morning before my flight, I called the number that they provide and spoke to customer service and I was assured that they had all the information needed and that my reservation was all set. But-Our reservation was canceled on us while we were in the air. Upon landing, we received a message that said since I had not called to confirm my information, they gave my room to someone...

There was no room for our luggage. There’s no closet space or drawers and the walls are so thin, you can hear everything upstairs.」

The room was very nice has the most comfy bed I have ever slept in. Everyone at check in was super nice, especially Louise and Gabriella. 「The property was very nice and easy to get to. The check in instructions were easy to follow. The traffic noise is very loud at night, even with the noise machine. The beds were ok, the sheets were kind of scratchy. The floor was dirty if you were walking barefoot. The bathroom needs more towel bars or hooks to hold towels. It would be nice to have bottled water for the coffee since there is no water filter on the fridge. There is a lot of construction on the street of the building so it was...
