"Everything was wonderful. We came in late and the night reception was not only very pleasant and cordial, he happily offered to carry a few items upstairs for me. Real customer service is rare, he is an asset to the property"

"The room it self wasn't that bad. I had an iron but no ironing board. But the bathroom was horrible. Many coats of paint the wood underneath the sink. Was cracking and peeling. The knobs for the shower were hanging out the wall."
