Newly Renovated Downtown Condo In Historic Fortino's Building

One block from the boardwalk which takes you right to the beach! 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with attached bathroom), as well as a sleeper sofa. Two full bathrooms. Full laundry room inside the unit. Two dedicated parking spaces. Attached deck is perfect for a glass of wine to watch the sun go down, and there is a shared rooftop deck for people watching or sunning! The kitchens are large and well equipped featuring maple cabinets, quartz counters and stainless steel appliances.

There are two condos available side by side if you have larger groups. The other condo is VRBO# 1330425.

My husband is from Grand Haven and still has family there, so he and I attend the Coast Guard Festival almost yearly. We like to bring friends when we can, so this year we had two other couples with us. We chose the Fortino's Condo because of the location, but it exceeded our expectations. It is in the best spot on Washington Ave, central to shopping, dining, and super close to the waterfront. The rooftop patio was a bonus, and we enjoyed that nightly - people-watching and listening to concerts around the downtown area. We had plenty of room to relax between activities, and it was so nice to be close so we could go and come as we pleased. Parking was easy, right at the foot of the back steps. The only thing I would have loved would have been some folding chairs and/or beach towels/blankets for us to use for waterfront events. Since we fly in, we didn't have those things, and I've stayed at other rentals that provided them. But that wasn't a deal-breaker! They left us a nice welcome gift - treats from Fortino's! Check-in was super easy, and overall, it was an excellent experience! We will definitely use these condos again when we have guests joining us for Coast Guard!

Birthday Weekend

We came to Grand Haven to celebrate a birthday! This VRBO is much bigger than I anticipated, which was so nice for our family to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other! The condo is within walking distance to a lot of food, shops and things to do! The space was clean and the hosts were fast to respond! I would stay here again!

Gorgeous condo in great location
