「Unbeatable location. Courteous staff. No brainer if looking within in the Old City.」

「It was a very comfortable stay in Jerusalem. The room size was reasonable and in general it is clean and tidy. There is also a swimming pool on the rooftop but unfortunately it was empty and not open, probably because it is winter. 」

「Good location with nice view. 20mins walk to Old city. Ok with the amenities. However it is an old fashion hotel with rude staff.」

「Too bad」

「Room looks old, no facilities, breakfast not too bad. Staff very nice and I love the location. Overall is not really good but my price is app. US$70. What can I complain?」

「We stayed at the hotel for three nights from  and booked a total of seven rooms.   But what happened was a big surprise. On the first day of check-in, when I arrived at the hotel, no bellboy came to carry the luggage, and the doorman did not take the initiative to open the door. When we asked for a king room to be replaced with a double room, the front desk ignored us. When we ask what facilities the hotel has? The front desk replies back to the room to check for yourself....

「The staff are very hospitable and helpful. They really went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us navigate food options, destinations in the city, etc. 」

「House keeping
