“Our stay got off to a rather disappointing start, with a few issues that affected our initial experience.
That said, what truly deserves recognition is how the hotel responded to our feedback. After we raised our concerns, the hotel manager reached out personally, apologised for the inconveniences and

Hotel used by companies to house staff and workers either leaving or entering country; as such check in was mayhem with 50+ people from a company trying to check in. Took me over 30 minutes before I could be checked in . Same issue with buffet dinner with too many people for the size.”
