There is a wide variety of break-out space for when we needed time away from each other to work, from outdoor seating to a small alcove to a large living room. It's an easy walk from the villa to coffee shops and grocery stores, and the neighborhood is clean and friendly. The staff at the house were helpful when needed but trusted us and stayed in the background for the most part.”
