"I recently spent a week at the hotel and was really happy with the service - all the staff members are incredibly polite and hardworking. A highlight of my stay was being invited to watch the staff beach volleyball match, so fun! The hotel is on a beautiful white sand beach and also has a wide range of facilities like tennis and padel courts and also runs a good daily activity program. Some of these were very good but there is some room for improvement in the quality of some of the activities. Thank you to Khanh and Quan for checking on me everyday to ensure everything was ok, and for making special requests for me for vegetarian food - they are exceptional managers. Thanks also to Jim for playing table tennis with me!"

"Staff were absolutely amazing, the place is beautiful and it's really family friendly, there is great entertainment including coffee courses, traditional food nights as well as wonderful facilities such as spas, kids space, restaurants and the pool bar that serves both drinks and meals to you by the pool side. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, the staff make this place really special ❤️❤️"

"Pros: The hotel is very new, clean and nice. The service of the staffs was excellent. The food quality was good. Cons: There’s a casino and KTV (with girls…) inside the hotel. You can smell the cigarette once you go in the hotel, and there were guests smoking inside the hotel while walking. Lucky that we were not staying at that wing. And the location of the hotel is quite far away from the city, airport or any of the scenic spots."

"From the moment we arrived, Coco River and their staff was perfect for our family. The staff from reception, security, restaurant and housekeeping were lovely and provided exceptional service which cannot be faulted. They made us feel great and provided an exceptional level of experience. The hotel itself is a great base and has a great swimming pool area, as well as clean and large rooms and we felt so welcomed and at home, we actually cancelled other accomodation and extended our stay twice because of the experience we had. There were comments prior to going that we read about location, but honestly this wasn’t an issue. Yea, it’s away from the hustle and bustle, but as a family we were happy to take a 5-10 minute grab to the main “touristy” parts of Hoi An. There is also multiple restaurants/food options, pharmacy, convenience store, coffee shops and motorbike rental within 400m of the resort so was nice to get a respite from the madness of Hoi An which can be overwhelming. In saying that, we will be back here and will recommend the hotel to anyone considering Hoi An, especially those with younger children as it was perfect for what we needed."
