Tiny apartment, 15mins walk to Little Venice

Beautiful sunset view from our apartment. Although the place is considered small for 6 people in the group, the unit has a private jacuzzi and balcony. The kitchen facilities are not fully equip but able to cook some light meals. At night you might hear some noise from the disco nearby so it interrupted our sleep. Izabella is very quick in her response and highlighted places to visit in Mykonos. Best to stay for 4 people max instead of 6.

The property was clean and once found, easy to get to. It was a little hard to find at first. We had to reach out to the manager the first night due to there being no hot water and after receiving her instructions had to go into the fuse box to rectify the problem. The fuses kept blowing, it seemed like we had the choice to keep the fans and ac on or to have hot water to shower. We asked about the tv remote and she said she’d bring it but never showed. We left after one night and found other accommodations. She kept inviting us to a party, which seemed like more of a priority to her than making sure we had what we needed and paid for.

I recently stayed here for three nights and it was absolutely wonderful. It's quite close to the main Mykonos town and it's very walkable all around. Isabela was so helpful and ensured to give us many options for what's great to explore around town! Will come back for sure.

The host was amazing at helping us get transportation. We stayed one night and it worked well for our family of 4. The condo could use more kitchen supplies as there was barely any dishes to whip up a quick breakfast. Otherwise the location is good, on a busy road but easy access to everything.

My wife, 13-year-old daughter, and I visited Mykonos for two nights and two days, which felt like the right amount of time for August. The town center isn’t very large, and the beaches nearby were not very calm. While Mykonos town is beautiful, it’s not particularly suited for families. It was quite hot and windy during our stay, and unfortunately, our ship to Santorini was canceled. Bella Suites is a one-bedroom unit with a living room and a nice deck featuring a hot tub on a hill—so the view is great. However, walking the 11 minutes down the hill and back up in that heat will definitely leave you sweating. Our hot tub didn’t work, and the shower opens directly into the living room, which felt awkward. The space is large and could easily fit 4–5 people, but for just the three of us—and considering the price—I expected more.

Pros: The hosts were very accommodating, allowing for us to leave our luggage in advance to check-in. Same for when we left the property, the hosts were also very accommodating in holding our luggage for most of the day after check-out so that we can enjoy the day before our evening flight. Housekeeper was also very courteous and friendly, she offered to help answer any questions we may have had and anything she could do to help make our stay more enjoyable. Cons: The rooms are older and more run down than the pictures indicate. Could really use an fresh coat of paint and\or upgrade\refresh. The property is also located about a 15 minute was uphill from the main town Chora, which does not make an easy walk. The toilet paper was not replenished, we had to get our own for the last 36 hours of our stay. A cab ride from Chora is approximately 10 euros. Very reasonable. All in all, its an OK stay.

When we reached the hotel the owner told us that they do not have our reservation but to help us they can put us in another hotel somewhere else. The hotel where they brough us is very bad, there were only 3 beds for 4 guests. Ad the worst part of it is that even if they did not have our reservation they kept the money :-). They refused to reimburse us even a part of the price. We paid a lot for a suite with Jacuzzi and we ended up in a very small room with nothing. For the same exhorbitant price. CHecking the reviews we see that it is not the first time they do that. I lost a lot of time on my only day of holidays in Mykonos and at the same time they just keep the price of the suite with Jacuzzi (that I never saw)

Wir haben eine angebliche „Junior Suite“ gebucht und das genaue Gegenteil erhalten. Das Zimmer hatte nichts mit den Bildern auf Expedia zu tun: verschimmelt, verdreckt und heruntergekommen. Die Dusche – eigentlich mit Glaswand beworben – war nur eine dunkle Kabine mit kaputtem Licht, muffigem Geruch und Schimmel rundherum. Das Wasser lief ins Zimmer. Der „Meerblick“ bestand aus einer Wand aus Olivenbäumen. Auf dem Balkon standen kaputte Möbel, im Schlafzimmer hing eine fragwürdig bemalte Wand, und der Wasserhahn war so verkalkt, dass man sich vor dem Zähneputzen ekelte. Der Whirlpool: von Anfang an voller Haare und mit schmieriger Schicht bedeckt. Die Küche: täglich von Ameisen befallen. Dunkeln konnte man das Zimmer nicht, da die Eingangstür ein durchsichtiges Glasfenster hatte. Auf unsere Beschwerden reagierten die Besitzer mit Abwehr: Alles sei sauber, wir hätten schließlich diese Unterkunft gebucht. Screenshots von den abweichenden Bildern interessierten niemanden. Statt Rückerstattung bot man uns einen Flughafentransfer an. Empfang oder Einweisung beim Check-In/Out? Fehlanzeige. Die versprochene Bushaltestelle existiert seit Jahren nicht mehr, stattdessen ein gefährlicher 20-minütiger Fußmarsch entlang der Hauptstraße. Schlafen? Unmöglich. Bis 3 Uhr morgens beschallten Partynachbarn die Unterkunft. Wir waren heilfroh, endlich abreisen zu können. Fazit: Spart euch euer Geld und eure Nerven und überdenkt eine Buchung bei „Bella View Suites“.
Dieses Haar begleitete uns von Tag 1 an. Trotz unseres Hinweises wurde der Whirlpool kein einziges Mal gereinigt und wir haben ihn auch nicht einmal genutzt.

Pire expérience en hôtellerie de ma vie. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés au Bella view, il n’y avait pas de place malgré le fait que j’avais réservé et payé 2 mois en avance. Ils nous ont deplacé dans un hôtel beaucoup plus loin du centre-ville et au lieu d’un appartement, j’ai eu une chambre. Pour la deuxième nuit, le propriétaire nous a appelé à 14h pour changer de chambre. Nous sommes retourner à l’hôtel changer les bagages pour se rendre compte que nous allions être dans une chambre encore plus petite qui contenait un lit d’appoint. Le lit d’appoint a brisé et finalement mon conjoint a dormi par terre. Ce fut un enfer!
