Villa Amon is located in an amphitheater position in Agios Lazaros, overlooking the beach of Psarou.
Agios Lazaros is a rather calm place located at short distance to Mykonos Town (3 km), near the famous beaches of Platys Gialos and Psarou that are 2 km away.

It is a touristic area with many hotels and luxurious holiday homes.

The villa features the typical Cycladic style, with a predominance of stones and white walls and from here you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea.
It develops on two levels and it consists of an open space living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 master bedrooms, 1 WC for guests and one external studio, with separate entrance that is ideal for staff or guests.

1 Guest room with en-suite bathroom, separate entrance

Externally there is the private heated swimming pool and shaded living and dining space with pergolas.

In periods of low season when the island is not overcrowded, it shows its most authentic face, giving guests the opportunity to explore enchanting landscapes and rare beauty scenery.

Rental rules:
Check in: 3 pm; Check out: 11 am
No dogs allowed
No parties with exterior visitors allowed
No loud music, outside the predetermined hours of public quiet, by local authorities
No smoking allowed inside the property
Security / Damage Deposit: 1.000 €
The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable state.
The villa's manager/owner reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
Included in the rental price: 2 hours daily maid service, change of bath and pool towels daily, and change of linen twice weekly.

According to the latest Greek Law Regulations, an extra climate change resilient fee of 10 € per villa, per night is imposed on the residents.
This fee is not included in the villa rental fee and needs to be settled prior to check-out.
