Staff were very helpful. Breakfast and hot-tub in the room is the highlight of this hotel. If privacy is something important to you, junior suite hot tub rooms practically has the hot tub side by side with the next room. Also upper levels can easily see below. Photos can be deceiving in terms of how the balconies are. Pictures we took all around property is amazing.

Was absolutely amazing. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and very understanding. The room was always spotless and smelled amazing. I loved the fact that I could text Reception brought it into the modern age instead of calling every minute I loved how easy it was to arrange a driver, I found the experience very luxurious and will definitely be visiting again next year! I’m telling all my family and friends about it as well as my social media following.
