The property has work going on everywhere i felt like they should have closed the entire place there was only 2 couples in the whole resort breakfast was served from out side in the morning, no kitchen , until food comes everrthing is cold- Not worth it 3 star hotels are better in USA

It is a very small and new hotel, or kind of hotel. Staff are very warm and help you but it is far away for everything, in the middle of nothing. And if you dont have a care is imposible, difficult, very expensive call a taxi. 50 or 60 euros to go to old downtown, the reason I chose this hotel was because it say is very near of and it is not. They never change my bedsheets and cleaning my very small room was inexistent. Breakfast is a chaos because they do it one by one in an small kitchen, and without good results.

The place was nice but they need a lot of upgrades to be done the room wasn’t as big as expected I got hit with $100 tax bill when I checked out the fridge was small that you couldn’t put anything in it the soda fell and bust and I was charged for it from the mini bar don’t bring food from any of the restaurants as take out as it’s absolutely no way of heating it up the WiFi didn’t work properly couldn’t watch tv because it’s only Greek Channels two days before leaving woke up with a terrible break out and found a little spiders in the bed two of them arguably it’s nature overall it’s nice but needs major upgrades and more staff after 11pm it’s no one there to help with anything so you basically screwed it’s no room service and no breakfast as stated they give like an emergency 911 number for emergencies on top they hosted a party in the space that would be the restaurant I assume that broke my sleep 3 out of the 5 days

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had.From the moment we arrived, things went wrong. The hotel was completely deserted, with no staff anywhere to be found. We had no idea how to check in, and even our taxi driver had to help us try to contact someone from the hotel. It also didn’t help that the hotel rebranded multiple times as it made information harder to find online. It was a stressful and confusing start to our holiday. The hotel later claimed they had sent us emails, but we never received any communication. We had to wait over 20 minutes for the owner to arrive and let us into the property. The biggest issue, however, was the insect infestation. We encountered insects daily during our stay, which made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. For the price we paid, I expected a clean, well-maintained, and hygienic environment, but this was not our experience. To add to this, I experienced multiple bites on my feet and ankles during the stay due to the conditions and lack of resolution from the hotel. The situation became so concerning that we decided to end our holiday early because of what we believed were health and safety concerns, which you can imagine was disappointing as this was a surprise holiday for my partners birthday. Despite leaving before the end of our booking, we received no refund. We also found the owner and management extremely difficult to deal with, as they refused to cooperate.

je ne conseil a personne d'aller dans cette établissement , si c'est juste pour dormir ca peut aller , mais ne leur demander rien il vous diront non!!!!! les chambres sont minuscule limite honteux pour un 5 étoiles , qui es tout sauf un 5 étoiles !!!!, je n'ai jamais vue un hotel 5 étoiles ou il y a pas de petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel ni de restaurant , c'est une cata !!!!! je vous le déconseille fortement!!!!!!!

Notre expérience a été catastrophique. L’hôtel n’est pas au point pour recevoir du monde. Il n’y a aucun service et chaque chose que nous avons pu demander c’était non. Pas de petit déjeuner pas de restaurant. La Clim faisait un bruit et les jaccuzzi des voisins se mettaient en route tout seul la nuit donc le bruit dans la chambre était horrible. Si vous voulez simplement trouver un endroit pr dormir c’est ok mais pr les attentes que l’on peut avoir en vacances ZÉRO. Aucune détente possible. À fuir et expédia je vous conseille de le retirer de votre plate-forme.
