"Buyer beware: Zero flexibility and non-existent customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong date and tried to rectify it, but all my emails and Expedia messages were completely ignored. Phone calls rarely go through, and when they do, the staff offers zero assistance. All bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable—even in the event of an obvious user error. Once they have your money, you are entirely on your own."

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Nice hotel with beautiful views, I spent a lot of the time on the balcony! The cleaner was amazing as well, the room was cleaned daily. A few downsides to the property is that it is extremely basic internally and very outdated in the room- everything worked though so can’t complain. Also, the bathroom was always soaked due to the shower, it was not equipped to be a wet room and did not dry easily (there was no shower curtain). I would also point out that it is far a walk from town and it’s the top of a small hill, making it more difficult to walk to the beach - ended up renting a scooter which was expensive but extremely useful. Altogether a good stay though 🙂
