The villa and the views are spectacular! Very easy to get to, 10 - 15 minutes from the airport, Mykonos Old Town and Little Venice - an ideal location! The property manager was very helpful, we always had what we needed in the house. He even took some of my guests to town and purchased additional things we needed in the house. My friends and I had an incredible week at this villa, and I highly recommend it to anyone with a larger party - there is plenty of private and quiet space for everyone here :)

Truly a Magnificent Experience!

If you’re looking for a place to stay with a large group, look no further. This home is more like a resort, with essentially on-site staff that is incredibly helpful and responsive. It’s not like your typical rental - here they also help replenish towels and offer some housekeeping.In terms of location, views, sitting areas where you can gather and talk - this place is perfect for it all! I would highly recommend and hope to go back in the years to come!

Fantastic stay at a fabulous property

The house was able to accommodate all of the 4 families that were vacationing in Mykonos. The property itself, is absolutely fabulous. The views are spectacular and the sunsets memorable. The property itself is kept in pristine condition with two staff who are available to help and assist the guests. There was enough parking for us to accommodate all the cars. The downtown was close by and the beach is walking distance. An amazing stay and memorable shared experience with family and friends.

Family Gathering

The property is beyond beautiful with an abundance of space for our three-generation family of 11 people (age range of 16-76). The views from the house are breathtaking but the most important attributes of the house are the people who own and operate it. It was an absolute pleasure communicating with, and receiving assistance from, the home owner. This was especially noteworthy when our granddaughter was injured on our final night and had to get medical help. The very best aspect of staying at the house was the incredible help Suri provided. He was always available when we needed him but never in the way. We have stayed at many beautiful places but this experience was exponentially better than any of them.

An Unforgettable Stay

From the moment we arrived at this stunning villa, we knew we were in for something special. Nestled right on the hillside you can see both bodies of water surrounding the peninsula. From my balcony I could see a panoramic view. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor areas were made for relaxation – we especially loved the private pool and shaded terrace for lazy afternoons. There was plenty of outdoor seating and an outdoor wet bar. It’s close enough to all the action of Ornos Beach but far enough to feel like your own private sanctuary. We had easy access to a small bakery and convenient store. What truly elevated our stay, though, was the incredible house manager, Suri. He was professional, and incredibly attentive. From the moment we arrived, Suri made us feel welcome and at ease. He handled every request with genuine care, from arranging transportation, making sure the house was supplied with groceries prior to our arrival, and cleaned the entire house while we went away on excursions. He checked in regularly without ever being intrusive and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. He even had a cake made for my wife’s birthday and decorated the patio for us. Suri was also very welcoming to my friends and family who arrived a day ahead of us. This villa, paired with Suri’s outstanding hospitality, and the owner’s attentiveness made it very memorable.

12 friends. A Great time was had by all.

The views, the pool and the outdoor spaces at this house are 5 star for sure. We spent most of our time together either lounging outside or enjoying drinks and making dinners together and eating at the large outdoor table. At a 12 minute drive into Mykonos Old town and close to grocery, restaurants and bakeries the location great. Lots of private spaces too. The bedrooms aren’t super fancy but comfortable. You definitely need a car. The house has a wonderful staff that take good care of you and I can also give a 5 star rating to a private chef who cooked us an amazing dinner. The owner can give you her name. All and all we had a wonderful time.

Amazing Stay with Stunning Views and Exceptional Service

My extended family of 18 recently stayed at this property for a week during our Greek tour, and it was fantastic! The property has two great water views and comfortably accommodated all of us … a major accomplishment by any measure given that half our group is somewhat opinionated, but loved the property and our stay! The pictures on VRBO were accurate, showcasing how well-maintained and beautiful this place truly is. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to Ornos Beach, which has a very nice sandy shore, great restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and all the stores you’d expect in a charming small town. Mykonos Town is only a short 5-10 minute drive away. We loved the pool and the surrounding chaise lounges. The shaded areas near the pool were ideal for those who wanted to enjoy the outdoors without being in direct sunlight all the time. The indoor common areas on the main level were also very convenient and comfortable. A special shout out to Surie and Mike, who were always available to answer our questions, drive us around, meticulously clean our rooms, and keep all common areas spotless. They were largely out of sight but always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. Both were a real plus to our experience. My family and I would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Mykonos and would highly recommend it to others.

Amazing Villa

We had the most wonderfully relaxing time at this beautiful villa! We were travelling with all of our adult children and had a group of 10. Suri, the caretaker for the house, & his assistant, Mike, were able to easily handle all our needs. They even stocked the refrigerator with waters, milk and feta cheese to welcome us! This was extremely thoughtful as we did not know that the water from the sinks in Mykonos is not potable until they told us! They also provided some fresh fruit and coffee. Our rooms were cleaned each day for us, they opened & closed the house (& all the windows to maximize the breezes), & were immediately responsive to all our questions (we did not know how to turn on the hot water and Suri had it going for us in 2 minutes!)! They even washed many loads of clothing for us! The pictures truly reflect this beautiful property! We watched the sunrises from one side and the sunsets on the other. The views were incredible as we enjoyed our morning coffee, and relaxed with a cold drink in the evening. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed the infinity pool, which was definitely large enough for our group of 10 people! It might not be the best pool for people with young children as there is no shallow end, but we had a lot of fun and relaxation in it! They provided sizable pool towels & pool toys too! The outdoor eating area was great for us! We wished we could have stayed longer and we would love to return and see our friends Suri and Mike again!

Best vacation experience of my life

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. The owner/host came by to greet us upon our arrival and again during our visit. We were a family of 10 adults and two young children celebrating my 70th birthday. The house comes with a manager and assistant manager (on location 24 hours a day along with security all night). The gated villa is completely safe but was nice to know security was in site at all times. , Villa and pool were beautiful and in a spectacular location overlooking the sea. Very family friendly and the service by Suri and Mike was way beyond our expectations.

Fabulous Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 14: grandparents, parents, grandchildren. Nice space for everyone to have privacy! The views were incomparable. Suri, the property manager, made us all feel at home and pampered us. He cooked for us. The house was spotless when we came back each day. He went above and beyond to assist us in every way. Our youngest family member were enamored by his cats who roamed outside. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this experience. Our family made great memories!

We loved our stay at this property. The photos accurately capture the spectacular views. The rooms are spacious, tasteful, and well maintained. The entire place is kept immaculately clean. The outdoor dining area is stunning and inviting, an ideal space for a group meal. The best part of the accommodations is the onsite assistant, Suri! He does everything to make your stay ideal. He cleans, drives, repairs, troubleshoots, advises on where to go, whatever you may need. Suri is always available, but never in the way. He’s also a pleasant, happy person with fascinating life experiences, easily the finest property employee we’ve met in our many years of VRBO rentals.

Absolutely fantastic!!!

From enquiring to booking to arrival and departure the owner has been exceptional- every question was answered immediately- I explained that my group ranged from 25 years old to my 87 year old disabled, partially sighted and deaf Mother!! The property is incredible it has everything you could possibly want or need! There were two birthdays whilst we were there a 60 and a 30!! Siri and Jessica the outstanding hosts decorated the terrace and bought us gifts!! They attended to every need and quietly made sure the villa was never other than sparkling clean. They were so attentive to each and every one of us and especially to Grandma - she loved them and they loved her! Athanasios the owner promised us a five star stay - it wasn’t - it was 10 ! No hotel could look after you like we were looked after! The location is amazing, the views outstanding, the pool is gorgeous with loads of towels and dressing gowns, slippers - everything you could want. The layout of this huge property ensures that everyone can have their own bathroom and privacy or you can all be together! We even had a duvet evening one night when there was a thunderstorm, even that was fantastic. Athanasios will organise trips , transfers, restaurants- everything. He is a true gentleman and we felt very privileged to be their guests If you are going to visit Mykonos this must surely be the best place to stay! We hope to return again soon and I would highly recommend for family reunions or get togethers!! BUT promise to be kind and courteous to Suri and Jessica they are Angels and of course to Athanasios because it is his kindness that has attracted this wonderful couple to take care of everyone. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Amazing Stay

We had a large group of 17 here and had an absolutely amazing time here. Our plane continually got delayed but the property manager and his staff were more than accommodating in communicating with the transfer service to make sure we had a ride to the villa and were greeted with dinner, wine, and a tour of the place. The house staff were equally helpful and we couldn't have had a more special time here in Mykonos! Thank you!

The perfect Mykonos getaway

We booked the villa as part of our wedding gathering for 16 friends and family. In every sense, it met our expectations. Spacious, quiet, stunning views, clean, modern, well looked after, fantastic live in staff and great amenities including three fridges, adequate car parking, laundry facilities and loads of room to entertain. Absolutely Gorgeous Villa with Five Star Service, Views & Design

We loved every minute of our stay at this gorgeous villa with heavenly views, stunning sunsets and airy, chic coastal design. We rent frequently thru Homeaway/VRBO and AirBnB and this was far and away the most beautiful, modern, clean house we have ever rented. The views, design, bathrooms and service are all wonderful, including the warm welcome from the lovely and gracious owners. However what truly sets this villa apart are the numerous, expansive outdoor living spaces - all with incredible views, all with tons of inviting lounges and seating areas. We were a large extended family with 9 adults and 6 children and the villa with all its bathrooms and bedrooms never felt crowded but even better, the outdoor areas provided so much space for everyone to enjoy the views and the pool. We could all spread out on various decks or hang together at the outdoor dining table and on the extensive built in sofas under the covered loggia. This is the perfect villa for a large family or multiple families traveling together or for a group of couples. Suri - who lives at the house - provides wonderful service (including laundry for everyone) and the daily housekeeping is wonderful. This villa offers services akin to a five star hotel. We loved the location above St. John's beach and ate twice at Hippie Fish right on the beach. It's super close to both St. John's beach and Ornos Beach both of which are great beaches with beautiful restaurants and bars. You are about a five minute drive from the Mykonos Tennis Club where my husband played daily with their wonderful pros. It's super close to town as well. Our biggest issue was that the views and pool were so lovely we were hard pressed to leave at all. Highly recommend renting a car for excursions during the day though it's quite easy to call cabs at night to head out to dinner. This is truly a lovely home and we look forward to renting it again in the future!

Beautiful, large villa in a great location in Mykonos

The villa is truly amazing, we had such a fantastic stay. From the moment we arrived we felt very settled and were made to feel at home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and spacious and the outdoor space is incredible - perfect for relaxing by the pool and dining outside. The villa was even better than the photos and the views of Mykonos, the sea and sunsets were beautiful. Athanasios and Zac provided great tips/advice about Mykonos both before and during our stay, and the live-in staff were really great - very attentive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again.
