“I would not recommend this apartment. When I checked in, I immediately noticed there were roaches everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this place failed completely. Save yourself the stress and avoid this……

“For not speaking the same language it went very very smooth. Very clean and a great location. Any difficulties were solved. Only complaint is the walls were a little thin if you have neighboring guests.”

“The air conditioning absolutely does not work, but getting to the bottom of this is like John Cleese in Monty Python's cheese shop sketch getting the cheese vendor to admit, finally, that there is not a single morsel of cheese in the shop. They are simply lying, and hoping you are enough of a dolt to believe it. Also, there are periodic barracks inspections... er, I mean housekeeping services. If, like me, you are a clean and quiet sort who prefers not to be disturbed, you can decline once or……

“This apartment hotel is in a great location. Located at a hill and there are many restaurants right at the bottom of the hill which is around 10 mins walk and the walk is very nice. The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly. We slept very well there and value is great. We would highly recommend this place to everyone staying in Kyiv!”

“I ended up staying at the Greguar Hotel, where the key pick-up location was. The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. The hotel is a block from the metro and very near the main train station and main bus station - a quick taxi ride away.”
