This is a Smoke Free Unit and owners pride themselves on cleanliness of unit. There is a "pay per use" laundry facility located on site for your convenience. Carolina Reef has on-site parking, an elevator, and an oceanfront outdoor pool and grilling area. This property does not allow pets. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the parking lot across the street only. Families only. No students or student groups.
