“This is a very clean, nicely decorated and furnished condo. The pools and the beach are a beautiful view from the balcony. We truly enjoyed our stay.”

“First of all, Saltwater Grande is great to deal with. Their communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. The Mar Vista is a lovely property - clean, convenient. Our grandchildren loved the outdoor pools. Unfortunately, the indoor pools were closed for renovation but look great, too. The unit was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Some of the furniture could be updated/replaced but this wasn't enough to spoil our stay in any way. We will definitely consider staying here……

“This listing is inaccurate. It only sleeps 6 not 8! The place had blood on the sheets and nasty yellow stains on the pillows. Stains on walls and curtains!. Was not clean at all. I spent hours washing their sheets. Pet beds in the closet even tho no pets allowed. So if you have an allergy do not book this place. 3rd floor unit with no elevator. BEWARE. Host acknowledges it only sleeps 6 even tho the listing says 8 and let's you book 8. Host doesn't make it right at all!! Do not stay here.”

“We really enjoyed the condo and everything was great. We stayed the beginning of May so obviously it wasn’t 90degrees but the pools are advertised as heated. The pools were clean and beautiful. They were too cold to swim in until the last day and they must have turned on the heat. No one was swimming in pools until our last day. Sarah was great to rent from.”

“The railing between the balcony and neighbor's balcony is missing, and is intentionally hidden in the photos. Also has roaches. Bathroom sink was clogged. Management is AI and gives automated responses but does nothing.”

“The property was beautiful! The hosts were wonderful and explained everything we needed to know and were very helpful. The condo was perfect for our family of 10! Three bedrooms with queen beds in two rooms and a king in the master bedroom. Three bathrooms, too! The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, glasses, and silverware. There were some beach toys for the kids, too! We were thrilled with the location, the property, and appreciative of the gracious hosts! If we visit Myrtle……

“Our stay was comfortable. I liked the layout of condo. It does look out over the ocean and beach. But a new building was being built straight in front of building 2. Never could get dishwasher to come on. The cleaning staff needed to focus on windows!!”
