“The junior king suite was a usual room but the kitchen had some cabinets. The balcony hosted an abundance of spiders and webs. The personal hot tub was a 20 year old Jacuzzi. Decor was also dated. There are no laundry facilities on premises so we went to the airport with swim wear in a plastic bag. The entire staff was extremely pleasant.”

“Everything was wonderful except that my room smelled like an ashtray. I just bought some Febreeze and sprayed down the rugs, furniture, and beds and it was great. Lots of fun stuff for the kiddos and we had a wonderful time. My only suggestion would be for CannonBallz to be open more during the week. They didn't open til evening and for those of us that don't want to leave the resort, we had to order door dash. ”

“Upon arrival at the property, everything seemed ok. Well, upon arriving in the room, the floors were very noticeably covered in what appeared to be black sut, there was food and trash underneath the beds and couch; the bath linen was black, the bed protector was nasty and filthy with blood and urine stains. The bed covering was low in quality. This property needs to be renovated and the furniture updated. This is the exact reason I did not buy a timeshare. Needless to say, the money I paid……
