Parking clearance is 8'. Pets are not allowed. Beach Haven has no elevator or pool. BEACH HAVEN VILLA #1 is located streetside with a nice view of the ocean from the upstairs porch and has 5 TVs, 2 DVD players, a CD stereo, a garden tub in the master bath, and ceiling fans.
