This 2 bedroom cozy condo tucked in a gated community sits just blocks from the beach, many golf courses, outlet malls and Restaurant Row. This vibrant community offers a wide range of amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, pickle ball, putting green, fitness center, and outdoor grills pool side. Located just one block from the Lively Restaurant Row and iconic Ocean Annie’s- where live music fills the day and night. This condo also offers a separate guest space where there’s a twin fold out bed or queen air mattress if needed to accommodate extra guest.
