These two and three bedroom condos are excellent choices for your family's next beach vacation. You'll enjoy the wide, gently sloping sands in Crescent Beach and the family-friendly atmosphere that North Myrtle Beach is known for. This six-story mid-rise resort provides all the space and comfort you'll need for a special family beach vacation.
EACH SPACIOUS CONDO has a wide private balcony with wonderful views of the beach and ocean. Fully equipped kitchens give you the option of dining out at some of the excellent local restaurants or enjoying casual meals in-house.
ENJOY A SWIM in the gentle surf, lounge on the spacious sundeck, or take a refreshing dip in the beachfront pool. There's even a park-style charcoal grill for cookouts. FREE WIFI is provided in all condos. Several Crescent Sands condominiums have attractive monthly winter rental rates, too! Motorcycles are permitted but are only allowed in the annex parking area.

Enjoyed it
We enjoyed our stay here. The only problem was after I booked the property through VRBO, the property management company emailed to let me know linens and towels were not included so we would need to bring those ourselves or rent them. This info was nowhere in the listing, which was a little frustrating. Other than that, our stay was great.

Ocean Front Get-away
We enjoyed our stay. The balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. The waves lulled us to sleep each night. The bedrooms were a nice size. The pictures made the condo seem larger than it was. Nonetheless it was doable. The condo does need some updating and repairs. A weak dining room chair left our party of six having to sit on chairs meant for the bar during meals. The keys for the door to the condo entrance need to be rekeyed. It was difficult to get the door open at times. We met some nice people at the pool including some owners. It was a great place for a family vacation.

Overview
Upon arrival, the property had not been cleaned. It took several calls to get housekeeping to come to the property. Linens were supposedly not included, but the listing on HomeAway did not state this anywhere. We finally got to go into our condo over 2 hours after our check-in time. This is all after I had received a text at the original check-in time that the property was ready.
The company that had the property was rude on the phone at times and did not seem organized at all. I had several people from the same office calling me at the same times about the same issues. Overall, we will not come back to this property nor will we use this service provider based on the service provided.
