**Newly Renovated for 2024! New Appliances, New Flooring, and New Furniture!!
Also Rental Includes a State Park Pass!

Summerhouse Villas, within Litchfield by the Sea Resort, are in a gated and private, family oriented beach community. This 1 bedroom has 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and bath with granite and ceramic tile. Outstanding unit with lots of light, and very short 10 minute walk to the beach. . Summerhouse features a Elevator, covered and uncovered parking.

The condo overlooks a lazy river, designed for kids (of all ages) to enjoy to the maximum. The lazy river has two kid-sized water cannons and 2 large water buckets, randomly dumping a large amount of water. For the adults, the pool area has a lot of seating and 2 very LARGE HOT spas. For everyone's enjoyment, this condo is totally Non-Smoking and Pets are not allowed. No motorcycles, RVs, Campers, Buses, or motorized skateboards are allowed in the LBTS property.

Good location for beach and golf
We had a lovely week at this condo. Clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of space. You can drive and park at the beach house, or walk the 1/2 mile. Tons of nearby golf courses. We'll rent this place again next time in Pawleys Island.

Lovely condo

Can’t wait to come back
This was an incredible stay!! We have stayed in Litchfield by the Sea before, but have always booked directly through the resort. This unit was PERFECT! All the amenities, great room, and way easier check in/check out process than the resort. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed property unyil water was shut off with no notice . We did get moved to another condo but it was very inconvenient to have to pack up to move to another place .

Great family time.
Beautiful place with kind staff. Close enough to beach and right next to the pool that the kids loved. The Starbucks was walking distance which is great in the morning. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was easy to tell that they wanted our stay to be great!

Great stay at Litchfield!
My girlfriend and I had a great time staying at Summerhouse. The pool and lazy river were very nice. The property was only a short walk away from the beach access but there were also staff driving golf carts to take you to and from if you didn’t feel like walking. Our room was clean and had plenty of great amenities that made our stay enjoyable. The property manager was very nice and helpful. They gave us recommendations on things to do and places to go eat. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan on coming back in the future.
