“Cynthia, who was part of the breakfast staff was gracious, helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were well satisfied with our morning complementary meal. She made staying at the Best Western Pawleys Island a pleasure.”

“Property is good we come here Everytime we come here few times a year. This time was different than all the rest. It said and we always pay when we get to the room, whoever the older gentleman was at counter before I could get to counter had already ran the card and refused to take cash if we didn't have exactly what room cost and $100 deposit (never had to pay that before either) so had to use a credit card to reserve the room we ended up leaving day early due to the attitudes of the new ppl……

“Totally not satisfied with what I bought. I bought an ocean view with balcony to be able to relax with the view and breeze of the ocean. We were totally unable to use the balcony as many balconies below were occupied by pot smokers. I got up at 6 am to try to enjoy sunrise and they were already out smoking. I tried going out late at night and it was the same situation. I honestly think we deserve a discount coupon for such unpleasant experience. I know the beach is out of the property's……

“After having a meltdown at the Landmark Resort and having to cancel my room. I found this hotel and it was a breath of fresh air. Staff and everyone was so kind and helpful. CLEAN ROOMS”

“Let me start by saying any vacation I'm able to take. I'm very grateful for however. The pictures that were on their website compared to inperson We're very off unless that was pictures for a different location. And it could have well been, however. The room seemed to be, you know, very run down like it's time for an update the pool was closed earlier than the time stated. You can only get one parking pass per room. Not the worst experience so far, yet very over priced.”

“This was just a quick one night stay as we unexpectedly drove straight through from New York to Myrtle Beach instead of stopping off, so we needed a place to stay for the night until we could check into our condo for the week. This place was beautiful, clean, the staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. Has a nice little pool, but we didn’t have time to check it out.”

“The rooms were clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. It's in a great location. The bathroom tub needs to be updated, it felt like it was uneven but the water pressure was good. I would stay again.”

“The hotel's sound insulation is not very good, but the overall price/performance ratio is OK.”

“Hallway smelled like fresh paint. The sofa in the room had some stains and I dis not feel safe sitting on it. Curtain shade had lose screw and the stick off when I tried opening curtain. I feel the property, although appeared remodeled, still has a “dated motel” feel and charges too high. Breakfast is limited; “okay.” One positive is the vinyl flooring; no carpet 🙌. This was a last minutes business trip, and it served the purpose Ann last minute needs, but will not be staying at this hotel.”
