「We usually stay in Garden City and at Dolphin Cove. Dunes Realty was nice and easy to work with as always. Unit 3A was ok. The unit was in desperate need of a deep clean. It was supposed to be clean at check in but really wasn’t up to par. The floors needed vacuuming, beds were sloppily made, there was a dirty rug in one bathroom and a moldy shower curtain in the other. However, I was prepared. I reported it the next morning, as i literally lost the entire night of sleep. I did all for some compensation, preferably a 1 hour late check out.
