“Amazing hotel. I don’t have 1 negative thing I can say. Nice rooms, excellent food, clean, quiet, friendly staff, convenient area… I could go on. I am HIGHLY satisfied!”

“Employees were great. Room was dated, needs updating. Mirror was taken off the bathroom door and metal was left on( not good) remote had no back to cover batteries, room was dirty in spots and the microwave and coffee pot were not used not really clean,towels were kind of stiff, had a vent in the bathroom but no fan. For the price it was a good stay though”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“The staff was very professional and helpful as I had to hide three different layovers and they were understanding and patient. I enjoyed the breakfast and their staff was very attentive as well. I have one feedback about one of the rooms that had two queen beds. I'm not sure but the scent in the pillows smell a bit like cigarette smoke.”

“It’s ok but noise ”

“The room was very clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The outside door was broken and had to push/pull to get it locked everytime we went out. Told the woman at the lobby about it and she knew it was broken so hopefully the visitors will not have that problem. We had a terrible storm and the next day, the ceiling was leaking a bit but it had prior patching also. Other than that, it was good overall. There is a convenient store there also which makes it nice too”

“Location is good”

“We didn’t pay for an oceanfront view, so I knew we’d have a street view but I expected to still have a personal balcony. We got to the room and opened the balcony door to find the roof. When talking to other guests on our floor, we learned that everyone on the 2nd floor without an ocean view had access to the roof. Needless to say, we kept the balcony door locked because it seemed like a potential security issue. The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working……
