I really enjoyed my stay here and they had amazing communication which was super helpful for checking since there isn’t anyone on site. They gave thorough directions which was very helpful

I had a pretty good stay. I can’t give any complaints., it was pretty nice. The bed was comfortable. They had extra towels anything you can imagine they had it inside. Mops brooms, extra chairs pretty decent. I would definitely come again

Clean property nice to have laundry services in room neighbor was very loud after 11 PM. Had to call management. They did nothing had to call the police. This happened two nights in a row and very weak response from management.

The place was nice. Clean the only issue we had was the washer and dryer didn't work I had to go to the laundromat, but other than that, it was awesome.

The unit was very worn out cabinets and water damage. The stove was rusty. All the paint was peeling throughout the unit. It was dirty.. I took many pictures. I called and emailed the property. I left the property because it was so disgusting.

“While we attempted to adapt, the stay was uncomfortable because the unit did not provide adequate space for six people. Furthermore, there was no reception or staff available, which created significant communication challenges. I accidentally left my computer at the property and have been unable to reach anyone for assistance, as no contact information is provided.”

The room wasn’t clean at all. We had to wash the sheets from both rooms.,, I think they just made the bed and not change the sheets.clean the bathroom because it was stains in the tub and on the toilet seat. The kitchen had roaches. We had to clean the floors. I spoke with someone but they really didn’t care but they had a staff to bring me blankets in a bag but no clean sheets. I’ll never booked that room again. I paid over $1200 for two nights but had to spend a whole day cleaning so no I didn’t enjoy my trip at all very upset.

The view was incredible, and it was very quiet for sleeping—there was no noise—but I didn't like the pool; I found it a bit dirty. The property looked nothing like the photos: the furniture was very old, and the floor was extremely dirty—I had to clean it just so I could walk barefoot inside the apartment. As a head of housekeeping, I feel the person cleaning there doesn't know how to clean properly; there was a lot of dirt under the beds, and the floor was in terrible shape. There weren't proper kitchenware items—there wasn't even a frying pan to fry an egg—even though the rental description claimed it had everything! But aside from the cleanliness issue, the rest was good. I cleaned the floor and took photos of the dirt I cleaned up; I also took a video of the filth I found under the beds when I went looking for an object that had fallen—it was horrible.

The property was clean but was not how it looked in the pictures. The kitchen light stopped working the second day we were there, the toilet ran all night, the kids upstairs were bumping and jumping. It said quiet hours were from 10pm to 8 am… NOT SO!! I had to knock on the ceiling with the broom to stop the fuss. My daughter said she could hear the people’s conversations next door, there’s only 1 elevator that’s slower than Christmas and you can’t take the stairs. The pool area is were full of bugs, but you only saw them if you dropped something. I thought this was a hotel but it wasn’t more like a 1 bedroom apartment. Very small, the bathroom is even smaller. The people were not friendly at all.Ill NEVER stay here again

It was good the furniture should be updated. The only issue was the WiFi in the bed room had a hard time connecting and played for a short time. Other than that it was good. The room was a little pricey but it was because of spring break…

When we checked into our room 101 it was a little after 4 pm. It was 78 degrees in there so we thought give it a little bit and it will cool off at 6:30 ish pm it was 77 degrees in the room so I made the call to contact someone however nothing was done. No sleep all night due to the heat next morning I reached out again several times finally someone came and that’s when we found out the air was not fixable by maintenance on sight so we were told we were changing rooms that did not happen until after 2:30 ish and the room we were put in this time was perfect. This trip was not what we expected by no means. And the photos online when booking does not add up to what you get also water pressure is awful in room 101. Never again
