「I walked in exhausted there was one person at the check in counter and a line of people. As I was standing there awaiting my turn, I could not help but notice that the person behind the counter. She handled everyone quickly and politely. In spite of a couple of rude customers. As it was my turn I was greeted by Nicole who was professional, polite and helpful. Made my check in super quick. I don’t always leave an individual review on staff. But I was super impressed by how she handled the front...

「Front desk was really nice and friendly. The King room was not ready so we were assigned two Queen beds room ... not what we really wanted. Pool was nice but did not open until 5pm. Room was mostly clean but we only had ONE serving of coffee in the morning. In addition, the slide in piece for coffee was the wrong size so we could not make coffee in the room. Lastly, the plastic rods to close the curtains were broken so we had to adjust. 」
