「The room was not clean enough, the tabletop was not wiped clean.」

「The hotel was great; staff was courteous. Maybe this was just a one off but our room didn’t have sheets available for the sofa bed so I had to come to the lobby to get them. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty (and since they are secured to the wall, could not even put some water on them and shake them) - not a big deal but hopefully a tiny detail they can improve on」

「I honestly didn’t know what to expect since it’s not our usual place to stay, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable, and everything in the room was nicely updated.」

「I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations for the brand. The property is quite old and in need of a major update. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and I noticed hair in the shower tub, which was disappointing. The breakfast was okay, but nothing standout. Overall, considering the price, the stay did not feel worth it and fell below the standard I usually associate with La Quinta.」

「Booked 2 rooms on my way down to FL from VA and they were both dirty- the beds, the floors & the bathroom. We ended up having to book there again on the way back, hoping for a better outcome but the rooms were filthy again. Was also overcharged when booked at front desk vs. booking online. If it wasn’t for my 2 year old having a meltdown when we arrived to the area, I would not have booked that 2nd time but we needed somewhere quick and cheap coming back from Disney and we already knew where...

「Rooms were clean for the most part, had an empty bag of chips & a bottle top on one of the nightstands. All of the food has to be paid for separately. & I really wish they had a hot tub!!!! 」
