“We booked at this hotel because it had an indoor swimming The pool was closed and we could not use it our entire stay. There was no extra cable or streaming services unless we were already subscribed to Netflix which we were not. Unfortunately, we had to watch TV with numerous commercials. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was good”

“Everything was great. Check-in Staff was FABULOUS! Room and property were clean. Room recently renovated. Pet friendly - Pets stayed FREE. Felt safe when taking the dogs out at 4 a.m. Safe and quiet. Close to lots of businesses. We've already stayed there again!”

“The staff were so welcoming, kind, friendly and always willing to help. The food was good- my kids weren’t fans but they are so picky!! lol The room was clean and spacious! Our only complaint would be the maintenance for our room. The TV didn’t work, the blind was broken, the lock on the door didn’t work AT ALL, and the gap between the floor and the bottom of the door was about 2 inch- you can see under it very very easily. Maintenance clearly knew about the blind because he stopped my husband……

“Pool was closed for repairs which was not reflected on the website. The tub faucet dripped constantly. The tub faucet was difficult to adjust the water temperature. The luggage cart wheel could not be turned when luggage was on it. The AC unit was oversized causing the unit not to stay on which caused the room to be humid. AC unit was loud when on.”

“They rent to people who don't have a home; there should be a difference for people who are homeless and those who are traveling; I felt unsafe; the room needs repair, and the table and chairs were ones from a house where you have a small table and chairs that don't match; the towels need to be replaced; they are faded, or unwashed; my sheet was dirty at the feet; the motel needs to be updated; people were out talking in front of the door; it doesn't look like what they showed online. I felt……

“Fair price. I stayed for one night with my family and young children. The lady working the night shift at the front desk was amazing and very professional. However, finding multiple long hair strands in the bed was a major concern. It gave the impression that the bedding had not been changed before our arrival, which is unacceptable, especially when traveling with young children. Clean bedding is a basic expectation for any hotel stay.”

“We stayed there for 5 nights and every night seemed worse. At check in the lady was bothered that my husband and I and our 8 year old son would sleep in 1 bed with my daughter in the other bed. She claimed the room was too small for us and was rude when I said my son would sleep with us. The room she gave us was terrible. The AC was broken, which was fixed a day later BUT the AC then started to leak all over the floor. We used towels to keep soaking up the leak. This was our 3rd night in.……
