「I booked this room through Expedia. The room I recieved, the door to get in as well as the bathroom doors were very hard to open. The bathroom door drug on the floor & really didn't shut. They told me they were booked & couldn't change my room. Night clerk wasn't friendly. The next day they found me a new room. As I booked online 8 weeks prior for that. Everything was great for our final 3 days staying here! Friendly staff, great breakfast!」

「There was confusion over the length of our stay (2 nights) every time we visited the office, including the time our key cards stopped working the second day. The room had a stale smoky smell. The towels were so threadbare they were translucent! We were provided a quarter roll of toilet paper with no holder in the bathroom so I had to fetch one from the office, along with coffee that was watery and worthless. Suspicious stains on the bathroom wall. Pillows were flat and mattresses were not. I...

「As I entered the property it was obvious that it had been recently upgraded. The paint seemed fresh throughout the property and cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk employees were very helpful. I will stay there again when I'm in town.」
