This a budget motel that could use some updating and repairs. Breakfast's ok but doesn't change from day to day. The rooms are clean, the stuff in the rooms work and the staff is easy to work with. Which is why I stay here every time I've been to Sumter.

The room wasn't clean the roaches was crawling I had my 87 year old mom with me and that poor woman was attacked by the roaches and couldn't get any sleep the bath tub had dark rings and then it snowed while I was they did a horrible job of cleaning the snow in the parking lot Then I ask for another room and when I got to that room the refrigerator was leaking and the room had water all over the floor so I went back to the roaches in the room and had to buy roach spray. But when I first got there to check in and saw that sloppy woman with her hair all over looking wild I knew that room was a disaster but I took my chances anyway because it was so late when I arrived I can't believe the price that I paid for that room and had such a unpleasant day I will never trust Expedia to find me anything again I will go with someone else or go on my own because no one should be staying in super 8 they need to condemn that place because it is infested with roaches when I move the refrigerator it was infested the roaches was going in the refrigerator you couldn't sit still good without all those roaches in there that place is horrible I was so miserable I felt so bad that I had my mom 87-year-old woman in that nasty room that I had to clean I didn't need housekeeping to come clean anything because they never did a good job from the beginning the walls is filthy that place just looks like you should be condemned and I should have gotten half of my money back for staying in that place .
I was so afraid that my mom would fall on the ice that was out in the parking lot we had to walk far and around to get to the car that was right at the door

Booked a non smoking room. Got here none available. I would had pay a extra 25 for one. No ice i want be coming back here. I never had too pay before a 25 fee. Must be something new. I told the lady i have asthma non smoking works for me.

I did not stay and waiting on my refund. The attendant was rude and threatened to call the police while I was on the phone talking to my son telling him she wants another $25 for a non smoking room but can’t guarantee it wouldn’t be smoke free because people smoke in them anyway. The room was horrible and smelled awful.

Reserved for a King buy was toldnthey only had non smoking king available but that was not true upon entering room the walls were filthy from the door to the bathroom also shower curtain was filthy the bathroom smelled of urine commode not clean shwer head was filthy full of grime floor also.was not clean and tv was not working asked to switch they said i could get my money back but nothing was available nearby as i was coming from out of town so i asked to get a king next day was told will have to see whats available also requested clean shower curtain but never got it and was told by morning office staff when asked next morning shower curtains were being washed but noone came back with a clean one after wash... Will not be returning
