“.The hotel was very clean, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel was quiet during the night, which made for a relaxing stay. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I did not like having to pay the parking fee.”

There was no extra cable or streaming services unless we were already subscribed to Netflix which we were not. Unfortunately, we had to watch TV with numerous commercials. “Fair price. I stayed for one night with my family and young children. The lady working the night shift at the front desk was amazing and very professional. However, finding multiple long hair strands in the bed was a major concern. It gave the impression that the bedding had not been changed before our arrival, which is unacceptable, especially when traveling with young children. Clean bedding is a basic expectation for any hotel stay.”

“Booked a double queen wheel chair accessible room via Expedia. When I checked in the girl/woman informed me that all handicapped rooms were being remodeled. My son is a paraplegic and needs the larger bathroom. The girl/woman was rude, no customer service skills, no empathy and needs to be fired. She is not fit to work with the public. This happened Sunday night around 7pm so that management knows who was on duty. I went to the home by Hilton across the street and they were more than happy to……
