“Everything was good EXCEPT Wendy the check out lady this AM gave me that classic southern attitude of hey boy you got a dog. Hey boy your credit card declined when it clearly wasn’t. Why do people have to ruin a nice hotel stay especially when you’re having time and being polite. Meh.”

“The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, it is currently being remodeled. It was frustrating that the pool was closed and we couldn't use it. Also, our first day the only working ice machine was on the 5th floor. Our 2 day that ice machine didn't work either. The fitness center was closed and inaccessable. When we came down for breakfast the downstairs restrooms were also closed down and we couldn't use. The hallway we were on also……

“The hotel is very run down, but, one of the few that is pet friendly. We just wanted a quick beach getaway.. upon entering the bathroom, there was a huge dead cockroach and what looked like mouse turds… I cleaned that up…. The gal at the front desk was awesome.. did not get her name.. but the whole place smelled like pot… Would I stay there again, only in an emergency.”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“The woman was super nice and helpful but I just have to say the rooms where awful I was terrified of there being bedbugs it was so nasty, there was no toilet paper and no shower curtain and dead bugs huge cockroaches left inside the room. The first original room I was given there was an A/C taken apart in the middle of the room and trash everywhere. ”

The bathroom could have used some type of hooks to hang towels and clothes, it would have been helpful if the kitchen are had more lighting. The staff were nice. There was no housekeeping the whole time we were there from Monday evening until Saturday morning which was very different disappointing. In the middle of……

“The room we stayed in everything was rusted. The drain was leak leaking the garbage disposal smelt like sewage and was underwater so you couldn’t even put your garbage in the disposal. Our chairs out in the patio were rusted, the floor was dirty, we don’t have enough towels for the stay, no room service, never got our codes for the door, entering the door was terrible, rating this hotel as a 0. When I messed them with all the crap wrong they never reached out till the last day of the trip, the……
