Along with a water park, this smoke-free condo building has an indoor pool and Access to hot tub. WiFi in public areas is free. Additionally, laundry facilities, charcoal grills and a picnic area are on-site. The condo has 3 bedrooms and offers a DVD player and a balcony. Small TVs and bad batteries for them

Patio was not cleaned chairs were rusty and broken and it smelled musky in side and the kitchen sink leaks

Great location but unit needs attention

This unit was not as listed on VRBO. We walked into to dirty wet carpet. This was not ideal. The spare room with the day beds and cot smelled like urine. Unit needs updated for the price they charged. Kitchen cookware needs replaced as well.

2020 vacation

Condo is very dated. Decor is old. Several things didn’t work or were in bad shape. Drawers in kitchen come off the tracks when you open, trash can with step broken, no sheets or towels provided, bathroom floor hadn’t been swept, pool area old, hot tub green. I sanitized touch surfaces as soon as we arrived and I could tell it hadn’t been done-my paper towel was dirty as I wiped. Patio door lock loose and coming off. The Oceanside view was gorgeous and location is excellent but thus condo needs updates and repairs. For the amount of money we were charged in fees I expected much more.
