XANADU III has two and three bedroom condominiums - each with a full kitchen and a private beachfront balcony. Enjoy casual in-home meals or dine out at some of the fantastic area restaurants.

THE CAFES, BOUTIQUES and nightlife of Main Street are just a few short blocks away. Be sure to catch the FREE family-friendly outdoor concerts at the Main Street Horseshoe. Live music, street parties, and loads of fun are sponsored by the City weekly, all summer long.

The only problem was the dishwasher was full and the kids bathroom wasn’t draining properly. I forgot an item and it was returned to me very quickly. I am very happy with the team!!!

Perfect for a family!

We took our kids to Myrtle Beach for a family trip and this was the perfect place to stay! Super clean, spacious for a small family, nice location right on the beach and easy check in/out process. The bunk beds were a bonus - our kids loved them! Highly recommend.

Oceanfront condo

Condo in need of many repairs, non closing doors. Fridge needs replacing. Insufficient pans and silverware. Plenty of linens, plenty of parking and great location.

Great condo in great location.

Nice condo in a great location close to Main St. The building is smaller so you are not fighting for beach space. There is a nice pool with plenty of chairs. There is plenty of room inside the unit we had 8 people for a couple nights and no issues. Has everything you need. As others have stated there was one minor inconvenience. The plugs need to be replaced in the unit which is a simple fix. You can’t use the bathroom plug to do your hair. The other ones in the hall are loose as well and when trying to vacuum the plug keeps falling out. Nothing that would prevent us from renting again, but easy fixes.

Great condo, great location

While there were just two of us staying (it's 2 bedroom), it was plenty big -- we didn't use the second bedroom (bunk bed and a full-size bed) other than for storage and closet space. The bathrooms were both plenty big -- one is HUGE. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, toaster, blender, waffle maker (we didn't use), mixer, coffee maker (regular, not k-cup). This unit has its own washing machine and clothes dryer, and a dishwasher. You should bring He laundry detergent when you visit. The view is spectacular, right on the beach. Easy access. Parking lot is a bit tight (we received a door dent within the time it took us to unload our first items and return to our car...), but there is parking across the street as well. Overall, door dent aside, it was a great week and a lovely condo, and yes, we'd rent it again!

Might stay a third time...electrician needed.

We stayed in the same exact condo in 2019. Our condo was ready at 3 pm as stated even though they sent emails saying it could be delayed until 7 pm. It was very clean when we arrived and is as pictured. The removal of the area rug was most likely necessary for sanitation protocol. There was a new sectional sofa. We like the location. Elevator is quick and readily available. Always had parking. Beach access is wonderful with nice decking with two showers and hose for cleaning off sand. That particular area of the beach is less crowded compared to larger condo buildings down the beach. The spacious balcony is where we ate breakfast and lunch and enjoyed the view into the night. The condo has a nice layout and is tastefully decorated. The only complaint which would prevent us from staying a third time is the electrical outlets are all loose. I had to dry my hair in the living room since both bathroom outlets were too loose. Charging electronics was also problematic. The outlet behind the television in the living room was an extension cord coming through an actual hole in the wall. This place needs an electrician to ensure safety of this unit.
