Lovely place, sadly we only booked one night and arrived after dark , so didn't really have chance to use all the amenities, kayak's etc . The cabin we stayed in was lovely , and great communication from the staff ( Deb ) and recommendations for coffee & breakfast the following morning . Would stay again if in the area .

Great stay! My 3 little ones (2, 4 and 6) loved being by the water and had fun with the lawn games. The Bluffs house was beautiful and plenty of space for us. We’ll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay in the Block Island cottage. The water view with a variety of boats passing by was awesome. The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with whatever one might need during a stay. We will be back again, soon I hope!

We recently stayed for two nights at Harbors Landing The Bluff house on the first floor. The space was perfect for our family and had all the amenities we needed. The property itself was beautifully maintained, there seemed to always be someone around working on landscaping or maintaining the grounds. The bikes that were available for use were in great shape, had baskets on the front for storage, locks to take into town, and helmets available. The paddle boats and kayaks were in great shape as well and held up in the choppy water when we took them out. The walk or bike ride into town has a few hills but all manageable. We hope to return in the future for another stay!

We loved being so close to the center of Mystic! We would have loved to have nicer weather to enjoy the bikes and kayaks, but with a Nor’Easter bearing down on us, we just enjoyed watching the brackish water and blowing sideways rain through the water facing picture window from the comfort and warmth of The Bluffs house lower level. Communication was great as we weren’t sure if there was danger of flooding due to the impending storm. The complimentary bottle of local wine was a nice touch (and delicious), along with coffee options to satisfy everyone’s tastes. Plenty of pillows and linens for using three of the bedding options. They thought of everything!

The entire cottage is beautifully decorated with everything that you need. The location is close to downtown shops and the museum. The cottage is on the water in the bay. You can sit on The porch and relax. There is also a community fire pit and netted hammock. It was easy to get to with convenient parking. It's our favorite place to stay when we visit Mystic.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway! The cottage was impeccably clean and cozy. It was perfectly appointed with modern amenities, yet it still retained its classic coastal charm. Waking up to breathtaking views of the water right from our room was the highlight of the trip. The innkeepers were incredibly accommodating. A huge bonus for us was the kayaks on the property. The availability of clean lifejackets was a plus. We can’t wait to go back and relax.

We absolutely love this property and we have stayed here many times. We have stayed in many of the cottages, and on the houseboat (which was a wonderful experience), but our favorite is the Bluffs first floor. The property is pristine, the cottages are modern, clean, warm and welcoming. It is so peaceful to look out at the water and forget about the craziness of life. You won’t be disappointed!
