「My husband didn’t like having to go up 60+ stairs to our room and he found the bed a bit ‘lumpy’. We didn’t have breakfast as we left at 6.30 am to catch the ferry. Stair carpet looks tired and ready for replacement. Conveniently located for the ferry port and near to the beach front. Plenty of restaurants offering good menu choices in the area.」

「The hotel is very clean and nice. The hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast was good with lots of variety. We liked the location as we were driving to tour the Normandy beaches as well as Mont St Michel. I would stay here again.」

「Easy to find from the main road, very clean and modern rooms with comfy beds. The out of hours login for reception was quite intuitive but older people may struggle if they dont like technology. 1 member of staff was there to help with some peoples after we had already checked in and seemed very helpful. I would recommend this to others」

「Excellent location by beautiful beach. Tourist information by beach near hotel. Not far from ferryport. Village within walking distance. Very interesting history of hotel. Good selection for breakfast. Very helpful staff. Very close to 2 museums.」

「The room was clean, but needed updating. Staff on reception were polite and helpful. Parking was available right outside the hotel.」

「The staff was nice and helpful when we asked questions. The issues we had were with the facility. The room was so small that we had to open our suitcases on the bed since there was no room on the floor. There is an old rug on the floor. It could have been clean, but it always brings up questions of cleanliness for me when I see aged wall to wall carpeting. The toilet area was so small that my husband could not close the door without it hitting his knees. The toilet and the shower are...

「Very good shower, room is quite big. Close to the beach and not far from large carrefour.」

「Hôtel bon rapport qualité-prix」

「The property was surreal from start to finish. The pool, the tennis courts, the fruit/veg trees and plants, everything. A fridge in the room would have been nice but minor stuff. We wish we had more time there! Thank you.」

「Hôtel agréable et très chaleureux」

「Very friendly little hotel in a beautiful little resort- the sunsets on the beach were magical. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. My visit was during a hot few days in August so parking was a bit of a pain ( I ended up 10 minutes away up a hill) and the nights were a bit hot with no AC but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would stay again. There is a v handy bus service to Deauville for those of us who like horse racing!」
