「I like this place, very ideal location, ideal price and ideal facilities, everything is just perfect for me in Cleveland, recommend.」

「There were previous reviews that commented on it not being very clean. We brought a bunch of cleaning supplies and our own linens. We ended up not needing any of it. The rooms, furniture, and linens were spotless. The only issue is there is an area under the stairs to the lower level that is inaccessible, so thing that fall onto the stairs and then down under it cannot be retrieved. It is just a design flaw and not the fault of owners. Parking and entry to the building is secure. 」

「Hotel & room were really beautiful. We had a superior king room that was perfect for a couple stay. My only “complaint” was there weren’t enough hooks for towels, robes, jackets, etc in the room. 」

「Spacious kitchen...giant city view windows. Quiet placr with washer dryer setup available. Can't say enough good things about this place. If we come back to Cleveland, we'll definitely be back.」

「Linens were not up to par. Had alot of crumbs on them. Markings on furniture. Towels were dingy and out of date and staff didn’t have any extra towels for us. First night our door handle broke and we couldn’t get in our room without maintenance fixing it. But it’s close to my job so the area was very convenient. 」
