“Good size (398 sq ft) & clean room& bathroom, sufficient supplies provided, pleasant hotel staff.
As a Platinum member in a VIP Access hotel, we were welcomed with 2 bottled water, 10% food discount coupon at the in house restaurant & our room was upgraded for free.
We had a restful sleep because the bed is very comfortable & the room is quiet.
We chose not to check the swimming pool because it is located in another across the street.
Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

“The hotel provided free shuttle service to/from the burbank airport as well as transportation to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers Studios and down town Burbank. The hotel room was clean and provided a small refrigerator as well as a coffee maker with Starbucks coffee. There is a Starbucks restaurant a block away from the hotel as well as a donut shop.

Zee was ultra helpful and understanding, providing an excellent room. Bed was comfy and premium room was spacious and luxe. The clawfoot tub was a plus. ”

Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
