「I booked a king room, got put in a double. Hot tub wasn’t open. My husband’s room key didn’t work so he was locked out of our room (I was sleeping with phone on silent). Since we were put in the wrong room, she would not give him a key to the room we were actually in and did not call the phone in the room to wake me up. Woke up to my husband beating in the door since he could not get another key for the room we were staying in. 」

「Front desk, Ann was kind prompt and friendly. Breakfast was good and fresh, better than our day before stay at Marriott in Rapid City. Quiet and bed was comfortable. We'll be back and stay here again」

「The facilities were great and convenient. One huge concern for me was that the assistant general manager insisted on having the first names of our minor children who all happen to be under the age of 12. We were not made aware of this requirement at time of booking or prior to check in. Anyone with experience or training in child safety and abuse prevention will see this as a concern. Having a child's name gives predators a chance to confuse children into false sense of security.」

「The door lock was broken. Some of the lamp on and off switches would not turn. I had to unplug the lamps to shut them off. Room was very clean and air conditioning and hot water were great. There were some very loud guest that woke me up at midnight and made a lot of noise for a couple hours. Kids yelling and parents yelling. Sounded like they were right next to my room and out in the hall. This was not the fault of the facility, but it kind of ruined my stay.」
