“Overall as advertised. Convenient location just off cebu road. There is an onsite caretaker who is extremely professional and friendly and who speaks excellent english, which is a big value for anyone without great cebuano. Highly recommend!”

“The condo was clean, and of great value suited for a big group or for a family. However, I wish there were bathroom curtains in each bathroom Whenever we took showers, everything got wet including the toilet and the toilet paper if we didnt remember to take it out. Other than that, it was a good stay and a great value! ”

“The place was so neat and so comfortable to stay. Our stay was so much satisfied because of the place that was so spacious. It also had a complete appliances and hygiene items. All in all its a five star for me. Will definitely choose the same transient hotel once we come back again to Cebu.”

“Gated appt very helpful and caring owner. Mr.Ting met me for a very late check in and even brought us breakfast the first day. This was an appt so it’s not like a hotel but the room was very spacious and was clean. would use again. ”

“Great stay over all”

“Living area we found hot and uncomfortable. Bedrooms lacked bedside tables, nowhere to put our things. If not for Lon, we would have been lost. Could not locate information booklet that should contain local info etc. Other wise our stay was ok.”

“Host was amazing. ”

“オーナーはフレンドリーで親切だと思います。私たちはファミリータイプの宿を選択しましたがそこは地図に載っていない場所にありました。事前にもらった住所にはオーナーのアパートが記載されており、当日はそこからバイクで5分の場所に連れて行ってもらいました(ただし有料でした。歩くと50分かかると言われました。) アパートは写真通り綺麗でしたがキッチン周りには大量の蟻がいました。あとゴキブリにも一度会いました。仕方ないと思うしかないと思います。宿泊した翌日は不幸なことに停電に見舞われ家の中ら大変暑かったです。(オーナー曰く停電はかなり珍しいとのこと)結局やチェックアウトまで電力が回復することはありませんでした。 7人での宿泊で楽しい時間を過ごせたのは確かですが他の友人にこのアパートメントを勧めることはないと思います。とても行きにくい立地です。しかしフィリピンらしさを感じられるという意味では良いと思います。”

"The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs. "
