"The 3 BEDROOM HOUSE THAT I RENTED HAD A PROBLEM, WHEN IT RAINED AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS A PUDLE OF WATER FORMED. COULD NOT TELL WHERE THE WATER CAME FROM IT APEARED TO BE SEAPING THROUGH THE WALL. THE TILES ON THE FLOOR AND STAIRS ARE EXTREAMLY SLIPPERY WHEN WET . I REPORTED IT BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. THEY DID NOT SUPPLY MATS . WE HAD 2 SLIPS LUCKY NO SERIOUS INJURY . "

"We chose this home based upon the location and the pictures. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed in the overall appearance of the gounds. It was definitely more run down than the pictures portrayed. The entire complex needs some paint and lots of TLC.
