Clean quaint and close

We were pleased with how clean and quaint the place was and amazed at how close it was to downtown. Easy walking distance to the square and walking is not my wife’s favorite thing. I would stay there again

Cute and cozy

Great location walking distance from downtown, yet quiet and peaceful. Awesome shower with endless hot water and plenty of towels. Very large and extremely comfortable bed.

Excellent service and location

We stayed here the night before moving our daughter into her SFA dorm. This rental was very quaint and in a great location. The host, Michael, was very responsive and made sure we knew we could contact him if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location & property!

The location of was so convenient to attend a concert at Benita Hall. We were able to walk to the venue. Properly was clean & organized. Pet-friendly was a huge plus!

Perfect and cozy

Biggest surprise it was exactly as listed and more! Bed and pillows were on point. Walking distance to downtown Nac and you could even walk to Bonita. Perfect for one or two people. Just there one night, but I slept like a baby. When I’m down again I’ll book this instead of the hotel.

Amazing Location!

Great location for walking to see the charm of downtown Nacadoches. It’s a small stiludio, but has all the needed amenities. The host was very helpful & prompt in reaching out when we had an issue. Pet friendly & that was appreciated!

Sweet Spot

This little spot behind downtown was perfect for myself and my dog. It is close to all downtown has to offer and near a beautiful park for my dog to have a good place to sniff and take care of business. There are lovely plants all around and a cute little shared porch. Inside has everything needed for our stay.

The entire experience was a “Gem”

The studio is quaint and is in a perfect location for walking downtown. The property manager was very receptive with any inquiries made of him. We are actually sad to leave. The town is wonderful and always has plenty going on. There are no shortage of restaurants to chose from. Our stay was great. Thank you.

Large Studio vs Small Hotel Room

Was looking for a place downtown that I could walk to a venue two blocks away (starts w/ Fre). Did not like my stay at hotel so found a hidden gem that had plenty of room and parking right outside the door. Would highly recommend checking this Vrbo listing over hotel.

Michael was so wonderful to work with upon our arrival! A/C worked great during this heatwave! It was like staying in your best friends house where lots of extra amenities are available....Unlike many places where they give you one roll of toilet paper for fear you'll steal it. Would definitely stay here again!

A true gem

We were here for a baseball tournament and wanted somewhere that allowed pets. We really lucked out on this little getaway. Michael was the best, and the room was exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed. We're coming back in May and plan on staying in the larger unit next door. Michael was the nicest and friendliness landlord we have ever worked with.

It was perfect for my family and. Live the way it was set up. Even gave my daughter and I ideas for for our on home. My grandkids had lots of space to play outside. When we come back to nacadoches we plan to book same one again. 😉😉😉

SFA Parents...this is your place

Beautiful, Very Clean, AWESOME location VRBO to stay. This Downtown Gem was so close to Dolly's for breakfast and a wonderful stroll around the square for some fun shopping....just in time to make an afternoon Lumberjack football game. WIN/WIN..... The ONLY negative feedback is the listing states the rental sleeps 3, sorry but your student will have to head back to campus. Room sleeps 2 MAX.

Visiting our son at SFA

This was such a cute little room to stay at. The place is a studio room with a pretty substantial amount of kitchen counter space. The only thing that was amiss was the bathroom door, which is a sliding barn door, had a small little gap of an opening. The room was very neat and tidy. The tv is big and easy to see from the bed. The location is a block from the downtown area and very close to the SFA campus. We had an issue with the WiFi and the owner immediately came over and fixed the problem. I was impressed with his promptness and kindness he displayed in resolving the issue. Overall, we would stay here again!

Don’t Assume

Very cute and clean place and it met what our need was—-a place to sleep. May I suggest you not assume everyone knows how to work the AC and ceiling fan/light. The clickers were there, but no how too instructions. I tried to contact the owner, but needed a code and then a password (I had nor knew neither) before I could contact him. In other places we’ve stayed, we could text directly. That we know how to do. Also, the where to park was unclear to us. Why not just say “Park in the big lot next to the house.”? Also, there was no brown basket for the towels to be put in. Finally, it is disturbing that the entry code doesn’t seem to change after each visitor.

This property was a perfect spot for exploring downtown Nacogdoches and walking back from dinner with friends. It was just what we needed for 2 people and a small dog. The property was clean and tidy. Definitely will stay here again in the future.
