The location was great for exploring downtown Nac! The house was older, but definitely had some updates to it. It worked perfect for our family of four. There was a large fenced in parking area right next to the house too. The host was very accomodating and friendly

Mike was absolutely amazing to work with. I was in a tough spot and he stepped up right away—super responsive, helped me get early access to the unit so I could refrigerate some items, and stayed on top of everything. We ran into a couple of issues, but he made it right and even upgraded the stay, which says a lot about how much he cares. Truly A service—Johnny on the spot from start to finish. The location is great too—just a couple blocks from downtown, walking distance to restaurants, right by a park, and less than three minutes from Planet Fitness. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Our 2-night stay here was perfect. The house has lots of thoughtful details and welcoming decor. Kitchen has full size appliances and is well stocked with pots and pans. Location location is so convenient to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. Luckily for us, the sunset/sky show was just as the picture showed: a beautiful display of orange and blue and pink.

Model A Texas Tour

We had a great stay, plenty of parking (for a trailer if need be), car was safe. We had an issue when we first arrived and the host was quick to resolve. Good place to stay a block from downtown shopping and eating. Thank you for being a great host.

Great house near downtown

The house is super clean, right next to downtown, and well maintained. The owner is available if needed, but also makes it a point to give you your privacy. This will definitely become my go-to rental every time I come back to Nacogdoches.

The location could not have been more perfect! We booked this home for the convenience of walking the Nacogdoches Wire Swirl. The home was perfect for the 4 of us, which was my sister and 2 daughters. The home was very cute and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Great customer service

Very quaint houses on property. Quiet neighborhood, close to Main Street. Owner was extremely accommodating and bent over backwards to resolve Wi-Fi issue affecting the TV. My husband and 2 teen boys wanted to go home, but the owner cleaned another open unit with working Wi-Fi, so my boys could watch March madness. LOL. Thank you!!!

This house should be advertised for 2 adults and two children instead of 5 people. The twin beds in the closet room are only suitable for children/teens. A foam topper could help the dorm mattresses comfort. The throw pillows are dirty and should be thrown away. Need to add additional towels. The comforters were dirty and need to be washed. Also the refrigerator started beeping at 6am and did that twice not sure why. The house is cute and has potential but these things should be addressed for this price point.
