床很髒！害我身體很癢，床上不知道有什麼髒東西 而且床單跟枕頭套感覺都沒有洗過，有味道，所以晚上我只敢穿自己的外套睡覺 然後晚上十點多還有人在樓下唱歌⋯ 浴室水壓很小，而且熱水洗沒幾分鐘就沒有了

The property front desk people seemed to be confused which room was reserved for me at the check in time and I still believe I got the wrong room since it had nothing but two beds and one towel, broken door lock that I had a problem to open the door every time and very noisy. There is a beach club nearby that is running late with the music playing and the outside public space was also noisy. The only good thing about was the location and friendly staff but the price I was charged was not relevant to the quality of the stay.

Our stay at Bamboo Travellers was well worth the price. Our room was clean, warm at night, cool during the day, and the bathroom was clean when we arrived. We had both a bathroom in our accommodation, and the public bathrooms available for use which was super helpful. Having the laundry lines outside was also helpful for when we did wash or hang swimming togs from the day. The room service was great - coming back to a clean room and fresh sheets/towels after a day out was so good. Above all the STAFF made our stay the best! Special shoutout to Aunty Mary for the best service and top-tier recommendations for activities! We made some unforgettable memories and friends through her. 100% am coming back! If you want a great experience and are on a budget, highly recommend staying with Bamboo. Right on Wailoaloa Beach, the nearby restaurants and stays provide the perfect atmosphere during the day and night. The taxis are always available right outside too which made transportation also easy. Thank you Bamboo! Sota tale!

this is a warning. every amenity that this property lists that it has, does not exist. they used to have them available and then they cut ties with their sister hostel (the hostel that actually had the amenities like the pool, spa, arcade, etc.). there is only one shower per floor, which, considering the amount of people on the floor is way less than every other hostel I’ve ever been to. myself and the people I was traveling with decided to leave after the first day and it was the best decision we could’ve made for the trip. They also continuously, and purposely shut the water on and off after we expressed our concerns, and they admitted to being the ones who were shutting the water off. In addition, the rooms are not clean, with myself and my friend finding many bugs littered across the room. Even if you’ve already booked, cancel. there are plenty more properties around the same price that actually have the amenities listed on this one. We’ve already made Expedia aware of the grave misrepresentation, but I’m not sure how long they will still be left on. Additionally, if you’re coming from abroad, their Wi-Fi did not work at all and the staff was unapologetic about it, so be aware!
