Old and tired, needs a lot of maintenance and good clean…the staff were lovely and 24hr desk and security guard on site were very reassuring as a single traveler. Good location, short walk to bigger hotels with restaurants and supermarket.

Property is not by the beach but is in walking distance. Lots of local visitors and affordable. Staff are always excellent. Our room had the bear minimal but if you ask the staff they will provide prompt services. I would stay there again.

What you pay is what you get Despite slight injection to uplift the tired exhausted facade, and as this was our last option, it was what you pay is what you get. Staff are v friendly albeit it the pool needs a deep cleaning. To my astonishment kids urinating inside the pool and rowdy crowd towards the evening makes in the pool unapproachable. Waking distance to CROWNE and Wailoaloa makes it tolerable Not booking Ever again !

No greetings or complement from staff upon arrival,staff was busy doing other work,just asked name and gave a form to fill.3 days of stay there,not a single day of room service.Used the same towels entire stay.Had to ask for everything we needed,coffee,sugar extra towels for floor and hands. No pool towels provided,had to take same ones to the pool. Liked the property and the setup,really nice pool. Staff and management needs a lot of training in guest and customer service .

The property needs a make over, structural maintenance and new furniture. The beds were old and the pillows lumpy. The TV was from the 80's.The sheets and towels were surprising clean and new. The roof leaked in my bedroom causing wet pillows, mattress etc. It created a powerful mould smell in the room. The ceiling fans were so old and noisy to be rendered useless but the air-conditioning in the main bedroom was new and worked well. Some staff were excellent but others very unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. The location was fine but until the basics are fixed, I'd recommend booking somewhere else.

s: Pool is nice and clean Slide is super fast and fun -s: Our room was very dirty - poo marks in toilet, smelt very stale, dirty marks everywhere smeared with something I wouldn't like to think about Only given 2 towels despite there being 4 of us staying - again, none of the towels seemed fresh No restaurant or breakfast - apparently the restaurant closed and is yet to reopen Poor communication with hotel when i booked - i asked if they had an airport transfer service and if they did breakfast - i had no response despite chasing up. This left us unprepared with 2 children Conclusion : unclean and not somewhere we would stay again unfortunately. I can tell it used to be a beautiful hotel but has really got run down over time. Although that does not excuse a dirty room

This property other than the friendly staff is absolutely horrendous, room conditions are very poor, no hot water, no proper water pressure, room wax dirty, it’s very outdated, pool has a filthy smell and they charge bond with cash payment only, it’s upsetting Expedia would recommend suck a place on their website, pleas remove this hotel as a option.
