One of the worse places I have every been. It has the worse experience and the staffs were so unprofessional plus their was no hot water in the room. Not only that they had bad bugs which bit my family and they were like yeah we have them in our rooms. When I asked them why didn't you tell me when I checked in they were like or you can cancel your stay we don't have a problem and hanged up on me. Old and tired, needs a lot of maintenance and good clean…the staff were lovely and 24hr desk and security guard on site were very reassuring as a single traveler. Good location, short walk to bigger hotels with restaurants and supermarket.

I feel completely scammed! The hotel did not have nor offer any of the amenities as advertised on Expedia. First, they were not anywhere near the beach. It was a solid 20 minute walk along a fast moving road to access a different hotels beach! Second, there was no WiFi anywhere on the property. Third, there was no restaurant nor any cooked to order breakfast. Fourth, there was no laundry facilities. Fifth, there was no convenience or store. Fifth, pool/billards, etc. non existent. The room looked nothing like the pictures portrayed on Expedia! There were two exterior doors, both with 1-2 inch gaps between the door and floor with cockroaches just walking in. We shoved towels and sheets under so we could have the lights on. We will not return- The only bright shining star was their amazingly kind and sweet staff. They really tried hard with what they had. They were invaluable —

Property is not by the beach but is in walking distance. Lots of local visitors and affordable. Staff are always excellent. Our room had the bear minimal but if you ask the staff they will provide prompt services. I would stay there again.
