「The check-in staff was rude and unclear, never explained facilities and never directed us to our room.」

「No WiFi at room & even WiFi at lobby are very slow !」

「Although I ordered sea view room for three nights, I was very disappointed that the room was above the kitchen, so the whole room smelled of smoke !!!」

「I like its facilities with both bath 🛁 and showers. Big kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Very well equipped indeed. I also like it's location near the pier, just minutes walk for outlying islands ferries.」

「This property is unsafe and should be avoided. The ground floor is an unsecured, derelict construction site — anyone looking to cause trouble can walk straight in and reach any room with ease. The door locks are flimsy and could be forced open in seconds, offering little to no real protection. The bed is unacceptable. The sheets reeked — unsurprising once we saw the state of the washing machine being used to “clean” them. I will never touch bedding like that again. The bathroom is filthy. The...
