We recently stayed at this hotel with my 4‑year‑old, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff were truly lovely and very accommodating. When we encountered a discrepancy with our original room description, Kara promptly arranged for us to move to a better room, and Vili kindly assisted with the transition. Their professionalism and care were much appreciated. In fact all FOH staff were amazing. The kitchen/restaurant team - Debra and everyone were incredible, they were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was generally enjoyable, with fresh fruits available daily and always of great quality. However, cereal options weren’t consistently offered, and the toaster could have worked a bit better. While the breakfast was fine, it didn’t really showcase much of a Fijian touch, which we would have loved to see. The housekeeping team were wonderful too - thank you Mere and team. Overall, the staff made our stay memorable with their kindness, and while there are small areas for improvement in the breakfast service, we appreciated the hospitality and care shown throughout our visit. Staff as always are amazing. My second time staying there but first time with my cousin, sister, and godson. My godson wanted to live there. Breakfast was good. Pool was great every single day we were there. Shuttle to and from the airport top notch. The only negative things I have to say Room 22 shower head needed a new shower head, saw a cockroach in the shower and one flea in the bed. Another great thing about them is as we were out at whatever we were doing I could always ring them if i needed help. They were going to ring a taxi from vuda to get back to the hotel.

Very upset me. I was expected a nice room and clean. But we end up in a self contain room or coutage, very hard to find at night time, no staff available to take us to our rm. They just talk to our driver to take us there. We carry our luaggage from the road down to the courtage and it was dark not safe. Floor not clean, windows dirty no utensils.

Amazing experience from excellent check in with Ana and staff to crisp and clean rooms! Ana went above and beyond for my group of 8 ranging from 2 Seniors, myself and my 5 daughters 4-13. Ana is so inviting and her kind of great customer service as well as the Breakfast crew will keep us coming back again. For lunch the staff at the restaurant were great, food was delicious and we ordered a little bit of everything on the menu and ate poolside in the fun and clean swimming pool!! The whole facility was nice, clean, secluded and quiet. For the affordable price I paid I was very impressed and pleased with the service and ambiance of Sky Lodge. In conclusion, the 12 hours we were there, my only regret is we didn’t stay long enough!! Vinaka Vaka Levu or Malo aupito.. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Tanoa Sky Lodge!!

Ok for the price since it was very cheap but it was not as advertised. When we checked in, the front desk said we’d have complementary breakfast but when we sat down, they said it was for two adults and two children under 12. Because my kids were 15 and 17, they said we’d have to pay for them. Breakfast was advertised on Expedia for $19 but we were charged $25 each. That was an unexpected $50. Another reason we got the hotel was that it advertised a gym but when we asked where it was, they said in their partner hotel 3.5 kilometres away. We couldn’t use the gym the first night as it was too late so the next morning we pushed them for the shuttle to drive us and waited over 90 minutes in the lobby for the shuttle to come. Overall, little things, but they add up with the ants in the room, and mattresses in the sun (probably getting rid of the bedbugs we read about). So happy we didn’t get that room!
