"We were pleased with the staff, the super cleanliness of our room, close location from the cruiseship pier, the park and seawall across the hotel, and close walking distance to Chinatown. "
"Amazing experience. The line to Check-in snaked all around the lobby almost to the door. The staff kept the line moving and Check-in was a smooth process. It's in a great location. Attractions and transportation options are in a walkable distance. "
"There's only outdated reviews on Expedia but based on my experience:
Hotel is clean and is nearby public transportation. However hotel location isn't in the safest neighborhood, I was actually warned by locals in the area.
Front desk staff isn't friendly at all. Stopped at front desk a few times to get information about area, they came off standoffish.
The "bed" isn't comfortable at all.
I made the best of it for a few days however I wouldn't return. "
