Great

Excelent services the staff tried everything to help you! That was great! Me and my family had great team! We travel from mexico. The shuttle takes you everywhere. My son loved the dards! There is service food somedays, may be one more day of food service would be good!!

Very welcoming place. Staff do everything they can to help you. About 10 minutes walk from sakka lifts at Happo and hotel runs shuttle services to and from the slopes each day either direct to Happo, goryu or bus terminal and then bus take you onwards to the many other Hakuba slopes. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Onsen on site is great. One of the best places I've stayed.

I would avoid staying here unless nothing else is available. It was very expensive for the condition and cleanliness of the hotel room. The shower had mold on the ceiling, walls, in the fan vent, and on the curtain. There was dust and debris indicating the room isn't dusted or vacuumed much, if at all. At $500 a night it was not worth the money. The hotel overall was in need of maintenance and cleaning. The onsen was amazing and clean. The staff was very friendly! The location is fantastic being a 3 min walk to sakka lift at happo one. The hotel has a shuttle that helps get you out in the morning and return in the afternoon. Overall pass unless the price comes down to match what is offered. Or the hotel goes through a deep clean and maintenance.

とても清潔で、温泉も内風呂、露天風呂と充実していた。こちらはなんの不都合もなかったが、滞在中見かけたスタッフさんが二人しかおらず、その人数でよく回せるなと感心するとともに心配になった。ホテルはとても清潔で気持ちよく利用できた。
