Really happy with the service given. Hotel staff and owner were really friendly and cheerful. Each morning the owner was happy to accommodate for the bus shuttles to and from the ski resorts. Complimentary breakfast each morning was great and was always convenient. Hotel was kept extremely clean and even with one shower the organisation of when people get showers was sorted out very well.
If i return to Hakuba i will be staying at this Hotel again for sure.

Convenient location, close to Tsugaike and Iwatake where the property owner will drop you daily in the morning and pick up in the afternoon on request. The shuttle bus stop to the other resorts is a short walk from the accommodation. Alan is a good host and is very friendly and obliging. He picked us up on short request when we picked up our ski gear on the first day and dropped us off where we wanted to drop our ski gear on the last day. A nice cooked breakfast is included and the accommodation includes a womens and mens small onsen, which can be booked privately daily. The onsen was a blessing after a long day of skiing. Alan's bar, Amigos bar is a short walk from the accommodation. A nice place to relax and eat after a day of skiing.
